ORDER

This petition has been filed to punish the respondent for her wilful and deliberate disobedience to the order passed by this Court dated 07.09.2021 passed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12996 of 2021. 2.By the above said order, the respondent was directed to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. 3.The contemnor is present before this Court. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that now the final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam on 23.02.2022 and the matter has been taken up by the Court.

No.367 of 2022 5.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives for further consideration in this Contempt Petition. 6.Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed. However, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam, to process the final report presented by the respondent as per Rules.
