No. 1199 of 2019 dated 31.01.2022. Prayer in CRP(MD). 1199/ 2019 :

To Call for the records relating to the Fair and decreetal order of delivery passed by the Principal District Munsif Padmanabhapuram in E.P. No.16 of 2019 RCOP No.1 of 2017 dated 27.6.2019 and set aside the same.

ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.P.NARAYANAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.NIRANJAN.S.KUMAR, Advocate on behalf of the 3rd Respondent, the court made the following order:- The above petition is filed to extend the time granted by this Hon'ble Court to vacate the property in CRP(MD).No.1199 of 2019 dated 31.01.2022.

2.The time is extended till 30.04.2023 for vacating the premises and no further extension shall be granted. It is made clear that by 30.04.2023 the key shall be handed over. In case the keys https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CMP(MD) No.1634 of 2023 are not handed over the landlord can immediately take steps to take over delivery of possession.

3.It is also informed by the learned counsel for the respondent that there are arrears to the tune of Rs.20,00,000/- which is refuted by the petitioner's counsel. The learned counsels shall sit across the table and work out the arrears. In case, there is any arrear, the petitioner shall positively clear the same before she vacates the premises.

4.The above petition is ordered and the time is extended for vacating the premises till 30.04.2023.
