ORDER

The petitioner suffered a conviction in C.C.No.88 of 2018 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Karaikudi. He filed an appeal in Crl.A.No.93 of 2019 before the Sessions Court. By order dated 11.12.2019 in Crl.M.P.No.3406 of 2019, the learned Appellate Judge suspended the sentence on condition that he should deposit 20% of the fine amount within 60 days. The petitioner could not comply with the said condition. He seeks extension of time.

2.The petitioner is given two more weeks to comply with said condition imposed by the Appellate Court. 3.This petition is allowed on these terms.
