Mr.R.Babu Jaganath, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that after the death of the defacto complainant, there is no progress in C.C.No.222 of 2020 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Nanguneri, Thirunelveli District. 2.

Mr.S.Chandrasekar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondent, on instructions, would contend that all the witnesses would be produced before the concerned Judicial Magistrate, since charges have already been framed by the Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Nanguneri, Thirunelveli District.
