These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 151 days in filing the above Writ Appeals.

2.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions and taking into consideration that the respondent in these petitions have got no objection, this Court is inclined to condone the delay of 151 days, however, on payment of costs.

3.Accordingly, these petitions are allowed on payment of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only), each to the High Court Legal Services Committee attached to this Bench forthwith on receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, these petitions shall stand dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court.
