The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks the permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. The learned counsel also seeks liberty to challenge the order passed by the first respondent dated 12.02.2020.

2.In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. It is open to the petitioner to challenge the order passed by the first respondent / District Collector dated 12.02.2020 in accordance with law. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
