This Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the learned District 1/4

Munsif, Padmanabhapuram, to dispose of the proceedings in in E.P.No. 22 of 2019 within the stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the suit in O.S.No.12 of 2016 was filed seeking a decree of maintenance. That was decreed on 12.12.2018. To recover the amount, the petitioners have filed E.P.No.22 of 2019 before the Executing Court. That petition has been kept pending without any progress.

3. B-Diary extract was also produced by the petitioners. Since it is a suit for maintenance, there shall be a direction to the learned District Munsif, Padmanabhapuram, to complete the execution process, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
