ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondent to expedite the 1/4

investigation in Crime No.256 of 2014 on the file of the respondent and to file a final report within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, FIR came to be registered in Crime No.256 of 2014 dated 24.11.2014 and that investigation has already been completed and they are going to file a charge sheet shortly.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the respondent is directed to file a final report within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order before the jurisdictional Court.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
