ORDER

Mr.S.Vinayak, learned Standing Counsel, who takes notice for the respondent, submits that appropriate orders will be passed on the representations of the petitioner dated 10.11.2008, 18.12.2019 and 21.01.2022 within a period of 8 weeks.

2.Recording the aforesaid submission, this writ petition is disposed of, by directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 10.11.2008, 18.12.2019 and 21.01.2022 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is needless to state that before passing such orders, the respondent shall issue appropriate notice to the concerned persons, who are likely to be affected by the orders to be passed by the respondent. No costs.
