2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the documents relating to five acres of land had not been produced during the hearing of the writ petition.

3. The above submission involves merit adjudication. Re-adjudication of merits are not entertainable in a review proceedings.

Therefore, the present review petition is not entertainable. Consequently, the Review Petition stands dismissed. 2/4
