ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this application, seeking for a direction to direct the first and second respondents to direct the third respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. I have heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), on instruction, would submit that there is a complaint against the petitioner by the defacto complainant, for which petition enquiry has been conducted and subsequently it has been closed and hence, there is no question of harassment at all.

4.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the respondent police is directed to serve a copy of the closure report on the petitioner within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in accordance with law.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
