ORDER

This petition is filed seeking direction to transfer the Investigation of the petitioner's complaint dated 09.12.2022, pending on the file of the 2nd respondent police some other independent agency for fair and correct investigation.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that based upon the complaint given by the petitioners, enquiry is going on in C.No.689 of 2022. He further submitted that the investigation is going on in a proper manner and within a short time, the entire investigation will be completed.

3. Since the enquiry was undertaken by the respondent police, the petitioner is directed to co-operate with the respondent police to complete the process of the investigation and the respondent police is directed to complete the investigation within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
