of 2019 and arrears of pension from the date of his retirement i.e., 01.01.2019 till 30.04.2024, based on the representation dated 16.09.2024 with reasonable rate of interest within the time that may be stipulated by this Court.

O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to pay 25% of back wages to the petitioner and arrears of pension from the date of his retirement with reasonable interest, based on his representation, dated 16.09.2024.

2.During the course of hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 submits that considering the representation of the petitioner, a sum of Rs.23,34,106/- was paid to the petitioner as under:-
