W.P.(MD)No.4093 of 2021 2.The matter pertains to the recruitment of Assistant System Engineers and Assistant System Analysts in the Tamil Nadu Information and Technology Service by the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission.
3.It is submitted on behalf of the respondent authorities that the entire selection process has been completed. 4.In any event, it is evident that the notification which is sought to be challenged herein is dated January 22, 2019. Since the petitioner has waited for a considerable period and in matters of the present kind, a public interest litigation may not be entertained for the mere asking, W.P.(MD) No.4093 of 2021 is dismissed without interfering with the recruitment process. There will be no order as to costs. W.M.P. (MD)Nos.3284 and 3286 of 2021 are closed.
