PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to pass an order of direction to withdraw the case in Crime No.360 of 2014 on the file of the second respondent police and may transfer the investigation to some other unbiased police or competent agency to conduct fair and impartial investigation in accordance with law. O R D E R
This petition is filed to transfer the case in Crime No.360 of 2014 from the file of the second respondent police to some other competent agency to conduct fair and impartial investigation.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the investigation in Crime No.360 of 2014 on the file of the second respondent has been completed and the complaint has been closed as 'Mistake of Fact'.
3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
