ORDER
When the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that adequate police protection is necessary for the purpose of fencing the property in terms of the survey report and the boundary demarcated by the revenue authorities earlier.
2. However, the learned counsel for the 4th respondent submitted that a suit for partition is pending between the petitioner and the 4th respondent in O.S.No.30 of 2026 on the file of the Additional District Court, Pudukkottai. Pending the same, the question of fencing the property will not arise.
3. Heard the learned counsels on either sides and and carefully perused the materials available on record.

4. In view of the pending partition suit between the rival parties, the petitioner is directed to wait till the disposal of the partition.
