The petitioner seeks to quash the proceedings in Crime No.135 of 2014, on the file of the first respondent.

2.Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) for the first respondent. 3.Learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that though the investigation was completed and charge sheet has been filed, the same is yet to be taken on file.

4.Considering the submission of learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed with a direction to the first respondent to take steps to make sure that the charge sheet is taken on file within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. As and when the charge sheet is taken on file, it is open for the petitioner to challenge the same in accordance with law. Consequently, connected M.P.(MD) No.1 of 2015 is also closed.
