ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Mandamus, by forbearing the respondents from preventing the petitioner and its members of association to go to Delhi on 14.02.2022 from Trichy for conducting agitation at New Delhi.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter has become infructuous.

3. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
