This quash petition is filed to quash the F.I.R. In Crime No.286 of 2009 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Othakadai Police Station, Madurai District .

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the FIR in Crime No.286 of 2009 has been closed under Section 468 of Cr.P.C., on 28.01.2016.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
