The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Criminal Original Petition and charge sheet has also been filed and the same was taken on file https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ in S.C.No.126 of 2017.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the nature of charges, the earlier condition is relaxed. This petition is ordered accordingly.
