ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 324 and 506(i) of the Indian Penal Code, in Crime No.973 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. This is a second application for Anticipatory Bail. Earlier, this Court, by order dated 08.07.2014, granted Anticipatory Bail to the petitioner. But, the petitioner did not furnish sureties. Therefore, the Anticipatory Bail granted by this Court on 08.07.2014 lapsed. Now, the second application for Anticipatory Bail has been filed.

3. The learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] submits that charge sheet has been laid before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai for offences under Sections 324 and 506(i) of the Indian Penal Code, on 14.08.2014.

4. Under such circumstances, this Court directs the petitioner to appear and surrender before the Trial Court, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and file bail application and the same shall be considered on the same day. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
