Prayer in CRL RC(MD). 1206/ 2023 :

To call for the records in connection with the Judgment passed by the Learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Virudhunagar District @ Srivilliputtur in C.A.No.74 of 2018 dated 15.09.2023 by confirming the judgment passed by the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Sattur in STC No.834 of 2009 dated 12.06.2018 and set aside the same.

Order : This criminal miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s.N.SATHISH BABU, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- 1/3

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.15393 of 2023 in Crl.R.C(MD)No.1206 of 2023 dated 03.11.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that as per the direction of this Court, the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly from 03.11.2023 and hence, he pleaded for relaxing the condition imposed on him by the Court below.

3. It is seen that that petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the concerned trial Court, once in three months at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
