ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the second respondent herein to not to harass the petitioner on the guise of the enquiry in pursuance to the complaint lodged by the respondents 3 and 4.

2. According to the petitioner, the respondents 3 and 4 lodged a false complaint against the petitioner. Based on the complaint, the second respondent harassed the petitioner. Hence, the present petition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents submits that they have received the complaint from the respondents 3 and 4 and the same was enquired by the second respondent. During the enquiry, they have not harassed the petitioner. They will complete the enquiry and will dispose of the petition within a short span of time. 2/5

4. Considering the limited prayer sought for in the petition, no notice is necessary to the respondents 3 and 4.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is appropriate to direct the second respondent to complete the enquiry on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of one (1) week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. Recording the above said submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the official respondents, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
