Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.J.C.RATHINAVEL PANDIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.RAMAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondent.
2. According to the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly.
3. Considering above said facts, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required.
