ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 420, 468, 471, 294(b), and 506(1) of IPC in Crime No.22 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. On previous hearing, ie., on 02.08.2021, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is having all documents in his favour and due to a mistake during UDR survey, the respondent Police registered a case as if the petitioner has created a forged document. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel, this Court granted interim protection to the petitioner and directed him to appear before the respondent Police for enquiry. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
CRL OP(MD). No.2527 of 2021 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police, on instructions, would submit that even after the order dated 02.08.2021, the petitioner has not appeared before the respondent Police for enquiry.
5. Considering the nature of offence and the conduct of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
