Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.YASAR ARAFATH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.B.NAMBI SELVAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners to surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks time to produce the sureties. Due to the modification petition filed by him in Crl.M.P.No.377 of 2022 is pending before this Court , the petitioners are unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD) No.19353 of 2021 dated 07.12.2021.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 07.12.2021 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.19353 of 2021 is extended further for a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
