ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 420, 294(b), 506(ii) of I.P.C., in Crime No. Not Known of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 3.The learned Government Advocate states that no complaint has been received against the petitioner as of now. 4.Therefore, the petitioner's apprehension of arrest is not justified.
