PRAYER :- to extend the time period for the appearance of the petitioners before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Palani, Dindigul District in Crl.OP(MD) No.729/2020 order dated 21.01.2020 in Crime No.566/2019 on the file of the respondent ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.729 of 2020, dated 21/01/2020, for producing the sureties and for executing the bail bond.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that they could not surrender before the concerned Magistrate and execute the bail bond within a stipulated time as ordered by this Court. Hence, they pray to grant further time to execute the sureties.
