2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that there is no case registered against the petitioner or enquiry is pending against him.

3. The petitioner's counsel states that the petitioner is being harassed at the hands of the respondent. CRL OP(MD). No.2769 of 2020 visited the petitioner's premises. Since it is now made clear there is no complaint against the petitioner, the apprehension of the petitioner may no longer survive.
