ORDER:- This Writ Petition coming on for orders on this day under the Caption "For reporting Compliance" and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. S.Sivaprakash, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr. S.Ravi, Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents, this Court made the following order: Today, when the matter was listed under the caption "for reporting compliance", learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, stated before this Court that the order of this Court dated 08.02.2024 has been complied with.
