ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus directing the third respondent to issue plant and machinery working condition certificate to the petitioner to enable to him to participate in the tender notification issued by the first respondent on 30.12.2025 and based upon the petitioner representation dated 27.01.2026.

2. The petitioner herein is directed to submit all the original documents relating to the plant and machinery to the third respondent today(29.01.2026). After desk verification, if the petitioner is found eligible, the plant and machinery certificate shall be issued today(29.01.2026). 2/4
