ORDER

This criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to direct the first respondent to withdraw the case in Crime No.213/2014 from the file of the second respondent and entrust the same to any other competent police official.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that despite the petitioner having suffered a stab injury, the respondent police has registered the case in Cr.No.213 of 2014 only for offences under Sections 324, 506(ii) and 294(b) I.P.C.

4. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. side) submitted that the investigation in this case stands completed and the final report has been filed informing the commission of offences under Sections 294(b), 323, 506(ii) and 326 I.P.C.

5. In these circumstances, this Criminal Original Petition shall stand dismissed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
