O R D E R
The petitioner has come forward with the present Criminal Original petition to direct the 2nd respondent to register the case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 03.08.2015 forwarded from the 1st respondent.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that after conducting enquiry, the complaint of the petitioner has been closed.
3.Since the complaint has been closed, the respondents Police is directed to forward a copy of the closure report to the petitioner within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and it is open to the petitioner either to make a private complaint or recourse to any other provisions of law.
