''6.Considering the above said facts and circumstances, it is ordered that the present petition will be allowed subject to the payment of cost of Rs.250/-(Rupees two hundred and fifty only) to the Legal Aid Services Committee attached to this Bench on or before 23.03.2016, failing which, it is made clear that the Petition will be dismissed.''
