Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to withdraw a sum of Rs.7,00,000/- available in my PF Account No.8897 on the file of 1st respondent Trust. ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to permit the petitioner to withdraw a sum of Rs.7,00,000/- available in the PF amount of the petitioner on the file of the 1st respondent trust within the time to be fixed by the petitioner to enable him to meet out marriage expenses of his son to be held on 05.03.2025.

2. During the course of hearing, Mr.S.Gladson Michael Rajadurai, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 on instructions submits that the petitioner was permitted to withdraw the eligible amount of Rs.5,60,000/- and the petitioner has already withdrawn the said amount. The learned counsel for the petitioner also endorsed the same.

3. In view of the above factual position nor the considered opinion, no further adjudication is required in the present writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed.
