ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the second respondent not to harass the staffs in the petitioner's firm under the guise of enquiry to hand over the jewels.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that four FIRs came to be registered against the husband of the third respondent and the same are pending for investigation. He would further submit in the confession statement, the third respondent's husband has confessed that his wife/third respondent has sold the jewels, which purchased from the looted money, to the petitioner's company and that on the basis of the confession statement as well as the statement given by the third respondent, the second respondent has directed the petitioner to appear before them, but he has not turned up.

3. At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is ready to appear before the concerned police and co-operate with the enquiry.

Recording the submissions made on either sides, the second respondent is directed to issue summons to the petitioner to appear before them and on receipt of the summons, the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent and on such appearance, the second respondent is directed to proceed with the enquiry in accordance with law.
5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
