To modify the condition imposed by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3147 of 2017 dated 04.04.2017. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.BALAKRISHNAN, Advocate for the petitioner in both petitions and of MRS.S.PRABHA, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondents in both petitions the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate [Criminla Side] for the respondent. 2.According to the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side], the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly.
