The present revision petition has been filed by the defendant in O.S.No.159 of 2014 seeking early disposal of the said suit.

2. The B-Diary extract indicates that the matter is pending for trial. Considering the pendency of the suit for the past 8 years, this Court directs the District Munsif Court, Oddanchathiram, Dindigul District to dispose of the suit on or before 30.11.2023.

3. With the above said direction, this Civil Revision Petition stands allowed. No costs.
