O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to complete the investigation and to file a final report in Crime No.19 of 2019 on the file of the second respondent.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the investigation in Crime No.19 of 2019 has been completed and the negative final report has been filed referring the complaint as 'mistake of fact'. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
