The petitioner has come forward with the present Criminal Original petition to direct the 2nd respondent to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 08.06.2015. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that based on the complaint of the petitioner, a case in Crime No.401 of 2015 has been registered.
