O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 2 to 4 to give necessary police protection for removing the bushes and karuvela trees from the temple land of Sakka Devi @ Sakkammal Devi Kovil situated at S.No.117, E.Muthulingapuram Village, Sattur Taluk, Virudhunagar District.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 4.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 submits that the petitioner has given a representation on 11.02.2020 and the same was received by the respondents 1 to 4 on 12.02.2020 and on the same day, the respondents have sent notice to the petitioner for his appearance for enquiry on 13.02.2020. However, the petitioner did not turn up for enquiry. She would further submit that if the petitioner appears in person, due enquiry will be conducted and thereafter, necessary protection will be given to the petitioner.

4.Recording the same, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
