This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C praying to direct the 1st respondent to provide police protection to the petitioner for running night business of vending vegetable in front of the permanent shop No.4D, Betel Nuts Lane (Pakku Kadai Lane), Gandhi Market, Trichy. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for 1st respondent and the learned counsel for the 2nd respondent.

3.Learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) representing the 1st respondent submitted that petition enquiry has been completed and the matter was found to be of civil nature.

4.Recording the above submission, this petition shall stand dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the civil forum.
