It is admitted by both sides that the conditional order passed by this Court on 19.1.2017 has been complied with depositing the arrears amount before the Court below.
This petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to withdraw the said amount. counsel for respondent state that he has no objection.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is permitted withdraw the deposited amount by filing proper application before the Court below.
This petition is allowed.
