Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 427 and 506(ii) of I.P.C., in Crime No.1171 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. According to the de-facto complainant, the petitioner attacked the de-facto complainant, when she attended the Court proceedings in the petition filed by the petitioner for divorce.

3. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case and he is retired from service in the Revenue Department.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that both the petitioner and the de-facto complainant are living separately for more than 15 years and after 15 years, she has given a complaint stating that some of the documents are with the petitioner and the petitioner attacked the de-facto complainant.

5. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of his arrest or on his appearance before the learned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai and on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required. The petitioner shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.

7.
