The petitioner has come forward with this petition praying to withdraw and transfer the case in Crime No.232 of 2015 on the file of the 3rd respondent police to 4th respondent police for effective investigation.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing Mr.A.P.Balasubramani, learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that final report has been filed before the jurisdictional Magistrate.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) nothing remains to be adjudicated in this matter. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
