Common Prayer in CRL MP(MD). Nos.1454 and 1450 of 2020 :- Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are filed under section 482 of Criminal procedure Code, praying this Hon'ble Court to modify the condition No.II in Crl.OP.No.18689 of 2019 dated 20.12.2019 and order of Extension in Crl.M.P.No.78/2020 and Crl.OP.No.755 of 2020 dated 28.01.2020, by directing the petitioner to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties, of whom one should be a blood relative, each for a like sum to the satisfaction before the learned Judicial Magistrate, No.I, Pudukkottai and consequently issue a suitable anu other condition respectively. Prayer in CRL OP(MD).No.18689 of 2019 :

Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal procedure Code, praying this Hon'ble Court to direct the 1st respondent to withdraw the lookout Circular dated 26.06.2019 in 1/3

connection with the case in Crime No.40 of 2014 pending on the file of the 2nd respondent issued against the petitioner. Prayer in CRL OP(MD).No.755 of 2020 :

Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal procedure Code, praying this Hon'ble Court to direct the 1st respondent to withdraw the Lookout Circular dated NIL in connection with the case in Crime No.55 of 2013 pending on the file of the 2nd respondent issued against the petitioner.
