Nos.1454 and 1450 of 2020 :- Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are filed under section 482 of Criminal procedure Code, praying this Hon'ble Court to modify the condition No.II in Crl.OP.No.18689 of 2019 dated 20.12.2019 and order of Extension in Crl.M.P.No.78/2020 and Crl.OP.No.755 of 2020 dated 28.01.2020, by directing the petitioner to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties, of whom one should be a blood relative, each for a like sum to the satisfaction before the learned Judicial Magistrate, No.I, Pudukkottai and consequently issue a suitable anu other condition respectively.
