ORDER

This petition has been listed for extension of time pursuant to the letter sent by the concerned Trial Court.

2. The learned Sessions Judge, Special Sessions Court for PCR Cases, Sivagangai by his letter dated 18.11.2025 has sought further time to dispose of the case in Spl.S.C.No.39 of 2020.

3. This Court had already directed the learned Sessions Judge, Special Sessions Court for PCR Cases, Sivagangai to dispose of the case in Spl.S.C.No.39 of 2020 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the order. The learned Sessions Judge, Special Sessions Court for PCR Cases, Sivagangai in his letter stated that Charges are framed and the trial was expedited and PW1 to PW21 are examined and the case is posted for argument on 25.11.2025 and due to the reasons stated above, the case could not be disposed of as directed by this Court.

4. Considering the request made by the learned Sessions Judge, Special Sessions Court for PCR Cases, Sivagangai and also considering the facts and circumstances of the case, time already granted by this Court 2/4
