The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.103 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent.

3. At the time of hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that the petitioner is not an accused in this case as on date and the accused has not yet been identified.

4. In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the petitioner's relief is premature. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
