RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT IN BOTH THE PETITIONS Prayer in CRL MP(MD). 1515/ 2016 IN CRL OP(MD) No.24207 of 2015: Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed in Crl. O. P. (MD) NO. 24207 of 2015 dated 05.01.

2016 by this Honourable Court permitting the Petitioner to appear any police station at Madurai and thus render justice. Prayer in CRL MP(MD). 1516/ 2016 IN CRL OP(MD) No.24207 of 2015: To condone the absence of the Petitioners is complying the conditions in pursuance to the order passed by this Honourable Court in Crl. O. P. (MD) No. 24207 of 2015 dated 04.01.2016 and thus render justice. Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S R.ANAND, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.P.BALASUBRAMANI, Government Advocate (Crl.side) the court made the following order:- The petitioners were granted bail by order dated 04.01.2016 on condition that on release, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily twice at 10.00 a.m and 5.00 p.m.

2. It is submitted that since the petitioners sustained serious injuries, they were admitted in hospital and they could not comply the condition imposed by this Court. It is prayed that the petitioners may be permitted to report before any one of the police station at Madurai. 3.Taking into consideration the nature of allegation, this Court is of the view that it is a fit case to modify the condition. The petitioners shall stay at Madurai and sign before Tallakulam Police Station daily twice at 10.00 a.m and 5.30 p.m until further orders. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The petitioners are directed to attend the Gandhi Ashram at 10.30 a.m and take the activity of the Ashramam until 5.00 p.m until further orders.
