Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to implement the order of the third respondent made in Na.Ka.No.4408/2020/A1 dated 28.07.2020 and grant patta in favour of the petitioner and proceed in accordance with law. For Petitioner : Mr.N.Shanmugaselvam For Respondents : Mr.D.Sasi Kumar Additional Government Pleader.
ORDER
The grievance of the petitioner in this Writ Petition is that the order, dated 28.07.2020 passed by the third respondent, has not been implemented till date. Therefore, he has sought for implementation of the said order by the respondents. 1/3
2. Heard Mr.N.Shanmugaselvam, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.D.Sasi Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
3. Admittedly, the order dated 28.07.2020 passed by the third respondent has not been implemented till date. The said order has also attained finality. Therefore, necessarily, the respondents will have to implement the said order dated 28.07.2020 passed by the third respondent.
4. Accordingly, a direction is issued to the respondents to implement the order dated 28.07.2020 passed by the third respondent within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.
